1. Who we are
Watarigarasu is operated by Watarigarasu LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. These terms cover your use of watarigarasu.black and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or using the site you agree to them.
2. Products and printing
Every item is printed or embroidered to order after you buy it, by a third-party production partner in the United States. Because of that, production takes a few business days before shipping, and small variations in print placement and color between items and between the product images and the delivered item are normal. Product images are digital previews, not photographs of your specific item.
3. Orders
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues with a blank garment; if we do, you receive a full refund. You are responsible for entering the correct size, color, and shipping address. Orders enter production quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins; contact us immediately if you need one.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, though a price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Sales tax is charged where required. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees; delays by carriers are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Full details are on our Shipping and Returns page.
6. Returns and replacements
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. We do replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will handle it. 7. Intellectual property
The name Watarigarasu, the 渡鴉 wordmark, the raven and feather marks, and every drawing, lettering, design, and piece of text on this site and on our products belong to Watarigarasu LLC. Buying a product gives you the product, not a license to reproduce any design on it. Do not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our designs or marks without written permission. Quoted Japanese texts are used from public-domain sources and credited to their authors.
8. Site use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to access systems or data you are not authorized to, no scraping, no interference with the site’s operation, and no use of the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for misuse.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watarigarasu LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
