Printed to order in the US
Every piece is made after you order it, so allow for production as well as transit. Most US orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of the order being placed.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays, so an order placed on a Friday afternoon begins production the following week. Embroidered items such as caps and beanies sit at the longer end of the range. Around the holidays, expect longer than 10 days.
These are estimates based on our production partner’s and the carrier’s typical performance. They are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers, weather, or holiday volume are outside our control.
When to worry
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, email us at info@watarigarasu.black with your order number and we will chase it. Do not wait past that; carrier claims get harder the longer they sit.
Where we ship
United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO and FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside the US and want to be told when that changes, please reach out to info@watarigarasu.black
Shipping cost
Orders of $100 or more ship free within the US. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what is in your order. The $100 is the order total after any discount, before tax and shipping. Adding a second item to an order costs far less to ship than ordering twice, so combining orders is worth it.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking when the order ships. Multi-item orders occasionally ship in more than one package and arrive on different days; each package gets its own tracking.
Address accuracy
Check your shipping address before you pay. Packages returned to the facility because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost. See our Refund and Returns page for how that works.
Sales tax
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to North Carolina addresses, at the rate for the destination county. Orders to other states are not currently charged sales tax.
